quality time

While Jon was away for almost a week, I got to spend quality time with the kids. We went to the park, town center, ate at Genki, went to a birthday party, spent time with family. My kids are my life and I enjoy bonding with them. My kids love Genki sushi because they get to choose what to eat when it comes around on the belt. Btw, I like the yellow and green plates most....lol! Jaylene likes to try new things...she is not afraid and I admire that about her. I, on the other hand, would rather stay with the norm. Yesterday was Jaylenes first birthday party invite from a classmate. The whole drive to Chuck E Cheeses, she was nervous and quiet. When we got there, she had gas and needed to use the bathroom. I had the option to stay or go, and she wanted me to stay. Luckily I did cause I met 2 wonderful moms and I enjoyed conversation with them. After a few initial pushes, she sat at the kids table and ate and enjoyed the party. It was a good day.
