So, yesterday we picked up Jaylene from school and headed over to Walmart(my favorite store) to pick up a few things....so I find a spot which was kinda far, but I dont mind walking. There was an empty spot also next to where I parked and Jaylene says "mom, why didnt you park there(pointing to the right of us). I said "whats the difference" she says "its closer" I say "oh geez, get out of the car and lets go" I tell you, these lazy kids....lol! So, we get in the store and for the life of me I couldnt remember what I came there for! So I grabbed a couple things and left. Came home and realized I didnt buy what I went there for.....oh well....I guess today is another trip to my favorite store....
After Walmart we went to Windward Mall after Jon got off work. Havent been there in awhile and the kids wanted to mini golf.(glow in the dark). So we got there and ate first. I was hungry on the way but when I sat down to eat, I was feeling nauseous.I decided to take off my Power Band....not sure if its in my head but 5 min later, I felt better.....dont know whats up with that! So then we shopped around and finished shopping for all the cousins....I am more than half done Christmas shopping! yep! I always pick up gifts here and there when I go out and I bought a lot of Scentsy gifts, so that helped too. Avoid the stores more. So then we went mini golf and to our surprise, we were the only ones there! Which was nice cause you dont have to rush and worry about other golfers...the kids had a blast and Eric got a sword(similar to Star Wars)and Jaylene got some kind of thing....dont know what to call it...they both light up though! You know what I cant stand? Is those sales people in the middle of the malls....I always avoid eye contact.....they are annoying, even though I know they are only doing their job! So later we headed home and I realized that my dog Roxy didnt eat her dinner. She seemed very weak and her ears were down....I am worried her back is getting worse. I also have been taking her out more...I need to slow it down...even though its a boring life for her, its whats best for her. she seems more lively this morning, so thats a good sign. Also, my other dog Cody is losing some teeth. I failed to care for his teeth consistently growing up so he now struggles with tooth decay.I bought a Petzforlife product. Its a gel to put on their teeth and gums in place of getting a dental cleaning and I must say it does work! Although I bought it a little too late to save his 2 front teeth. they were already real bad. One fell out already, and the other is about to. I hope its not sore for him. I feel bad. I am afraid to get him a dental cleaning due to the anesthesia. I was told he has a heart murmur so they would have to assess him and see if he can go under. I got too scared and thats when I ordered that bottle. Roxy is on her last day of meds for her UTI.although I think she may not be all better with that. They want me to bring a pee sample maybe tomorrow. My other dog Hoku who passed away a couple years ago struggled with that real bad. I would treat it, then it would come back....she was also going through kidney failure too. she was 17 yrs old. God rest her soul....we will meet again Hoku! We love you!
Aww, again to bad we live so far apart... My sister and I go to Walmart several times a week! The workers know who we are, and they even ask where the other one is if we go by ourselves... Pretty sad eh?
ReplyDeletelol! thats cool! yeah, I wish we lived close. I would love hanging out with you guys....
ReplyDeleteHaha, I hate those sales people in the middle of the mall too. I totally avoid eye contact and do whatever I can to put a lot of distance between us :)
ReplyDeleteLove the story about Jaylene and the parking spot:o) Funny girl! Like Ju said, we LOVE Walmart too, I think when we move (which we are going to be doing sooner than we expected), I'll still drive out to "our" Walmart even if it's a 30 minute drive. I just think it would be so sad to change Walmarts! I also agree about the sales people in the mall! I always try to act totally distracted (which isn't super hard with kids along) just to avoid them:o)
